The room was huge and grounds were awesome.

I had a amazing stay! The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleased to find free parking right off the bat. The comfy bed was a dream after a long day. A big shoutout to Manager Rick for going the extra mile when I lost my necklace. he tracked it down and sent it to my new address. This place has a cozy vibe and feels like a well-kept secret hideaway.

The room was filthy upon arrival. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and I found hair and stains in the tub. Additionally, I experienced significant noise disturbances from outside and nearby rooms, which made it hard to relax.

The staff was super nice, especially Carmen at the reception. Great breakfast options like muffins and coffee too. Close to the airport, about 12 mins away.

the americas hotel, el paso airport / medical center is off the charts! it's extremely comfortable and very clean. the location is just 12 minutes from the airport, which is super convenient. the breakfast and coffee were fantastic. a standout service was from carmen at reception—so kind and efficient! we really loved this place.

This place has a chill vibe! The staff were really friendly and helped me out. My room was clean and bed felt great, which is always a huge plus. They don't have a gym or a restaurant, which was kinda disappointing. But there's a cool spot to grab food nearby — loved that!

The hotel provided a restful stay with an exceptionally clean room. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, featuring fresh pastries and quality coffee.

We visited the El Paso Zoo, which delighted my kids with all the animals. Our stay was really nice and the staff were super friendly. The continental breakfast was just enough for us, especially being close to the hospital was a major plus.

My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel. A play area would be great for families traveling with children.
